Entering this welcoming hideaway, the heart of the property is the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The conservatory-style lounge is perfect for relaxing in the evenings with a movie, and everyone can get together for a celebratory meal around the central dining table. The stylishly arranged kitchen is perfect for rustling up your favourite dishes. Exploring this cheerful lodge further, you will find an invigorating shower room and a bathroom, along with five beautifully decorated bedrooms: a pretty double, a charming twin, a cosy en-suite double, and two relaxing triple rooms: one with three single beds, the other with a double bed plus an additional single bed and an en-suite shower room. Outside, the large enclosed decked area has plenty of outdoor furniture, making a great spot for al fresco dining or taking a dip in the bubbling hot tub. The surrounding lawn leads down to the edge of the lake.

The lodge is surrounded by the tranquil Pentney Lakes, with opportunities for water sports and fishing. The historic town of King’s Lynn (10 miles) has some friendly pubs, restaurants and cafes, with other local attractions including the Sandringham Estate, the Oxburgh Estate and Houghton Hall and Gardens, all within 17 miles.

Waters Edge is the perfect place for a family holiday. All the children had a great time exploring the lakes and playing in the garden. The property is very clean, comfortable and big enough to house us all! We cant wait to return when the weather is abit warmer to explore more of Norfolk. Thanks.

We have all had a splendid time in Waters Edge, the property is so spacious for us all and evening meals around the table were fab. The property is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The lakes were stunning and the hot tub was fab! will recommend to everyone we know.

WOW! What a fantastic week my family has had staying here. The lakes are beautiful and the property had everything we could have asked for. We spent evenings in the hot tub and warmer days on the decking (even though blankets were needed). The area is also great for walks and not far away from some great pubs for evening meals.
