Muntjac Barn and Roe Deer/Annexe are two very spacious and stylishly furnished properties accommodating up to ten guests in each barn. Making the perfect destination for families or large groups of friends that wish to holiday together. These two newly converted farm buildings really are a perfect space for a relaxing and memorable stay, the owners have taken lots of care to ensure that all guests are comfortable. Briston is a large village located within North Norfolk just four miles inland from the Georgian town of Holt. There is a pub, two shops, a bakery and a butchers. It’s a great location from which to explore all North Norfolk has to offer. Holt has a lovely range of local shops, a small independent supermarket together with plenty of tea rooms or restaurants offering locally sourced produce. Catch a steam or diesel train along the Poppyline, a coastal track which visits Weybourne and Sheringham. Many of the most wonderful beaches are within a short drive of Roe Deer Barn, go to Wells-next the-Sea and walk along the Quay or visit the vast sandy beach. The popular seaside towns of Sheringham and Cromer make for a great day out for all the family, each having a golf course too! Salthouse and Cley-next-the-Sea are great bird watching locations, you will be spoilt for choice with so many places to discover.

We stayed in Muntjak and Roe Deer Barns. This was perfect for a large group as they are adjoining and set away from any other barn/buildings so no need to worry about noise. The space is light, airy and spacious. Some of the rooms have a beautiful view of the lake with lots of wildlife. Kitchen was really well equipped and everything was spotless. Read moreThe hosts were really welcoming, accommodating and responsive. We had such a lovely time and could not have found a better place to stay, especially for the price we paid. I can see that it would be perfect in the summer too for friends/families with lovely outdoor space, lots of games and BBQ area. We would definitely return! Highly recommend. Hide

I can't understate how great The Long Barns were and our experience in Norfolk. For context we hired three barns for a big Stag Do celebration. We are all a bit long in the tooth so it was more of a big party weekend. Finding the barns was a doddle, and check in was smooth sailing. The hosts were on hand when we needed them for local advice and infRead moreormation too! The barns were immaculate, credit to the cleaning and prep teams, you'd be hard pressed to find a spec of duct. Very comfy living areas and fully kitted out kitchens made catering for 30 easy. A nice well stocked log burner too, very nice touch. Very fun games room in the outdoors communal area, and a park for the youngsters, absolutely stunning surroundings with ponds full of ducks. We will be coming again next year, just need an excuse! Hide

Wow, wow, wow! This is a must stay! 17 of us went for a hen do and it was everything we needed and more. The hospitality and communication with the owners was excellent. The little touches were not missed and it was just perfect! Highly recommend, thank you!
