This is the ideal location to enjoy a relaxing holiday with simply breath-taking views of the Norfolk Broads. Hickling is a quaint village, and the sea is a short drive away, boasting sloping beaches, ideal for a relaxing day out. A little further afield you will find stunning lighthouses and windmills, the kind of buildings that make Norfolk so famous. The waterways of the Norfolk Broads are just outside your front door, however, just a short drive away, you can access the Norfolk Broads by a boat trip, including day boats, chartered tours, kayaks and canoes. For a day out on the beach, close by you have Sea Palling and Happisburgh. For culture and a beautiful vibe, the city of Norwich is also within easy reach. With its array of shops, restaurants, and culture this fine city is sure to offer something for everyone.

As you drive up towards the property and park your car on the property’s driveway, you have the chance to take in the truly spectacular view. The uninterrupted view across the Norfolk Broad is something you will be able to wake up to and enjoy every day from this property. You can walk up the garden path and enter the property into the entrance area, perfect for kicking off shoes and coats. To your left is the dining room, perfect for family and friends coming together to enjoy a home cooked meal. Just off this space is a utility room and then leading on from here is the downstairs shower room. At the end of the dining room is the kitchen. Modern and well-equipped, it offers everything you could need. Just off the entrance area is also the sitting room. With comfortable seating, electric flame effect fire as well as that wonderful view, it really is the perfect space to relax and unwind. Heading upstairs is where you will find the four bedrooms. The master bedroom is a spacious double room. Facing the front of the property, you can look out across the broads whilst enjoying a cup of tea from your bed. The second bedroom is a family bedroom housing both a double and single bed in the same room. At the other end of the landing are the two twin bedrooms, having to go through one to get to the other. Again, the second twin room faces the front of the property so another chance for guests to soak in that breathtaking view but also has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is also the family bathroom and next door is a separate WC.

To the front of the property there is a spacious enclosed lawned garden with garden furniture. Perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying the sunsetting over the Broads. There is also a summerhouse, a garage which houses a table tennis table, and bikes available to guests. Guests also have the opportunity to get out on the broads themselves via the property’s very own rowing boat.
