Great Plumstead is a small rural village just five miles east of the cathedral city of Norwich and is centrally located for enjoying the diverse range of attractions in the area including the Broads. Meander by boat through the waterways and enjoy lunch at one of the numerous riverside pubs. The East Coast is just a short distance away with its sandy beaches and the traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth. Norwich with its culture, castle, theatre, cafes and shopping opportunities is not to be missed. The area is excellent for enjoying birdwatching and exploring wildlife at a wide variety of fens including our own adopted charity, Wheatfen.
Long-term letsYou can let this property for between two to five months throughout the winter, which might help you out of a moving muddle or provide somewhere lovely to stay if you're working in Norfolk for a short while.

The property far exceeded our expectations and was much bigger than it looked in the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped. Beautifully decorated for Christmas. It ticked every box, we couldn't have asked for more and wish we could have stayed longer. Fabulous home from home. The owner even visited us to make sure we had every thing we needed.
