A really lovely cottage - just like a home away from home. Everything was really comfortable and incredibly well equipped for all our needs. John and Karen were lovely and very thoughtful - a special thank you from Freddie! We had some fab days out, particularly Felbrigg Hall, Blickling Estate and the Lavender Farm. Sheringham Park is very good if you fancy a good walk and a picnic. The Brisley Bell is also a lovely pub with nice gardens, good food and friendly staff. We will definitely be back again!
We had a wonderful few days. The cottage was very comfortable and clean. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. The pool was an absolute gem.
Big thank you to the owners for a beautiful holiday home. Great , warm, friendly hosts who were always on hand if needed. Clean, fresh home with everything thought of, everything you need is here. So grateful to already have the essentials here for us - milk etc. Norfolk is a great place, plenty to do - too much to be honest! The pool was fantastic, kids loved it. Great holiday and great weather.
Lovely, clean, comfortable barn. Lot of lovely beaches and walks. Amazing pool. Thank you very much.
Nothing more to say really other than perfect...
In a lovely quiet location but not far from everything. The pool was superb and lovely for a dip at the end of the day. Would recommend the King's Arms at Reepham for a good meal. Thanks for a lovely break!
What an amazing base for our Easter holiday. Well-equipped cottage, friendly & approachable hosts and an awesome pool too! Highly recommend BeWilderwood, Roar Dinosaur Adventure, Holkham Hall Estate, Gressenhall Workhouse, the seaside's and a reasonably priced show at the Hippodrome in Great Yarmouth. The kids loved them all, and picnics are welcome at each. Fab memories made, thank you - we would certainly like to return.
Thank you for an amazing week - Oak Farm Cottage stunning. So beautiful with the high beams. Kids loved the pool and spent many happy hours there. We loved: Going to the Bucket List in Cromer (the best chips in Norfolk) and sitting on the beach. Going to Sheringham to look at the shops and grab an ice cream and watch the waves. Spending time in Dereham But mostly this was our Autumn respite place where we could chill out in a stunning barn conversion and rest up with three kids fully occupied. Thank you for your hospitality, care and kindness throughout the time - going the extra mile to make our stay so lovely.
We had a very nice week, the weather was wonderful, The cottage was home from home, enjoyed having use of the pool, very relaxing after a day out. John and Karen were very welcoming. This is a very recommended property.
We were looking for a quiet break after a busy few months. Oak Farm Cottage was perfect. We have had a peaceful few days and enjoyed quad biking at Weasenham. The cottage really is home from home - really well thought out with all we could ask for. Our kids were really impressed with the Smart TV & soundbar and the pool was just great. Thank you for a lovely welcome & for enabling us to have some time away.
Oak Farm Cottage was a real home from home. Very comfortable with every item you could wish for. The welcome pack on arrival was most welcome and unexpected. John & Karen made us very welcome and helped in every way they could. The pool is an absolute bonus and puts this property way above many others. Thank you.
Beautifully furnished. Great attention to detail. Couldn't have asked for more. They had thought of everything!
We loved Oak Farm Cottage. It was just wheat we wanted for a comfortable and quiet family break. The location is ideal, central enough to visit the great mix of activities available in this part of Norfolk. We appreciated the home comforts and finishing touches provided including the welcome pack (which was really kind) - the pool too was a bonus. Thank you and we would love to return sometime. We recommend some fun activities including: 'Extreeme Adventure' at Weasenham Woods for quad biking, Langham Glass at Fakenham to watch demonstrations and make tea lights, Priory Maze and Gardens at Beeston Regis and the Shire Horse - Hillside Sanctuary at West Runton. Finally the boat trip to spot seals at Blakeney was amazing.
Thank you so much for the use of Oak Farm, a real home from home with all the comforts and little extra touches. John and Karen were caring hosts who made us feel welcome. We've enjoyed a wonderful holiday and will treasure the memories. Thank you
