You can still see the children’s markings on the outside wall in the courtyard. The courtyard is a south facing suntrap and the perfect spot to enjoy your morning cuppa or a cold glass of wine in the summer evenings. Just a short walk and you’re in the centre of Reepham, an attractive market town with independent local shops, pubs and cafes. Reepham is a small market town, between the Bure and Wensum valleys, which has been designated a Conservation Area and is surrounded by beautiful countryside. Impressive Georgian properties line the square and there is a good selection of independent local shops, two good pubs and a market in the main square every Wednesday. It is an ideal area for walking and cycling with the Marriotts Way on the outskirts of the town, which is a great 26 mile path running between Norwich and Aylsham. The beautiful north Norfolk coast, The Broads National Park and the historic city of Norwich are all a short distance away.
Fabulous property, very well-equipped. Warm and cosy with an amazing shower and lovely comfy bed. Perfect home from home to return to at the end of each day. It was so good, I have already booked a return visit!
Quality residential conversion. Very comfortable and well equipped. The OS map and walking books were especially useful. Reepham is a lovely little town worth coming back to.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Comfy bed, great shower and peace and quiet. Perfect for a weekend break. Extremely well equipped accommodation - definitely 4*!
