Gather your favourite people together for a wonderful holiday at this amazing property in the perfect location for enjoying Blakeney and exploring the coast. Its position and incredible views, contemporary style, quirky art pieces and modern furniture make this a unique place to stay, and two furry family members are welcome to join you.

Step into the hall, with a light installation, past the cloakroom and through to the enormous sitting/dining room. Take in the incredible views while you sit and chat and enjoy sociable meals in the dining area. Light the fire on chilly evenings and write your holiday soundtrack on the electric piano. The second sitting room is perfect for relaxing with a TV, CD player and super-comfy seating. Cook delicious meals in the kitchen, down a step, with a gorgeous, vaulted ceiling and atrium window, and floor-to-ceiling bi-folding windows. There’s also a utility room and a rear hall with storage. Play pool and table tennis in the games room down the steps next to the laundry and second cloakroom.

The main hallway staircase leads up to three bedrooms.  Bedroom 1 has a kingsize bed with views over the rear of the property towards the marshes.  This bedroom has the Family Shower room directly opposite it. Bedroom 2 is the main kingsize bedroom.  It has an ensuite bathroom with a bath, double basins in it but not a shower.  The bedroom view is magnificent with floor to ceiling glass windows again overlooking the marshes. Bedroom 3 is  off the main landing is down a couple of steps with an ensuite shower room.  The double bed in this room can be made up into single beds if needed.  Requests needed before the guests arrive.  The bedroom overlooks the front of the house.

The original cottage staircase leads off the kitchen to Bedroom 4 which overlooks the front of the house but has views of the marshes from the bathroom.  This bathroom has a bath with a shower above the bath.  The bed in this room can also be made into twin beds for guests on request before arrival.  Perfect for visiting teenagers (but not younger children or elderly guests as steep stairs) or guests who like to be away from other guests as quite separate.

Finally, there’s a family shower room, and a snug for chilling out. Relax in the gardens with drinks on the terrace and wander down the path to the coast path.

Visit the art galleries, shops, and restaurants in Blakeney, go crabbing on the quay and book a boat trip to visit Blakeney Point seal colony. Visit Wells-next-the-Sea town (8.5 miles) and beach (1 mile from town), walk to Holkham beach (2 miles from Wells beach) and back on the sands or through the woodland where you may spot resident deer.

This is an absolutely beautiful house in a prime location, a short walk (either by road or by coastal path) to Blakeney. The gardens are stunning too. We had a fabulous family time with space for everyone to spread out. The views from the sea-facing rooms are magical. Highly recommended.

Amazing house in a great location - good for 'doing nothing' in front of the open fire or long walks straight from the back door.

The house is large and has absolutely everything you need. Both gardens are beautiful and the views are out of this world! The welcome hamper was such a nice touch. Everyone had a great time.

Beautiful large property with very comfortable beds and a lovely kitchen complete with aga. Perfect position for local attractions and the enclosed garden was a bonus for our dogs with great access to the coastal path.

The stand-out thing about the property is its position on the edge of Blakeney and close to the coastal path - so that you can walk into the village without going near the main road. It also has good views.

We were only given one bin bag to last 7 days for 8 people so we had to buy more. There were no washing machine tablets/powder so we had to buy those as well. Only one loo roll given to each bathroom again had to buy more, for the price you pay for the property you expect these things to be given and not to have to buy them. If wed know you get soRead more little we would of brought these things with us. There were no basics like salt and pepper. The cleanliness was disappointing, cobwebs and dust everywhere. The cobwebs were very lowdown you couldnt miss them. In the corner of the kitchen and under the radiator in the snug. The bedside tables and the sinks in the bathroom were covered in dust and had bits of dirt covering them. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned at all properly. Their were finger print all over the loo roll holder and the flush. When using the pop up waste in the bathroom sink black stuff came up and into the sink. One of the toilets had urine stains on the seat that looked like itd been there for a while. The cutlery drawer was filthy as was some of the cutlery, cups and plates. The blue couch was covered in pet hair when we arrived. It was very disappointing to see as we ended up cleaning the bathrooms ourselves as it just wasnt clean. The dryer door is broken so it was a struggle putting things in and out of it. For the price you pay you do expect it to be much cleaner than it was on our arrival. But it was a lovely house and beautifully decorated, we were all a massive fan of the modern interior. The views were breathtaking, fabulous location. It was just a shame the cleanliness let it down.
