This delightful and spacious maisonette is set over two floors of an attractive Victorian 1890's terraced house, in a quiet residential street, just a short stroll from the beach, promenade, famous Cromer Pier, shops, pubs, restaurants and cafe's of this popular seaside town.  Recently refurbished by its new owners and retaining some original features, notably the elegant staircase, the flat offers relaxed, modern living.  A stylish living/dining room with bay window and original feature fireplace and a well-equipped kitchen occupy the first floor, whilst king-size and twin bedrooms with a family bathroom and separate cloakroom occupy the second floor.  All the rooms are bright and sunny and the flat is a great place for a hassle-free holiday for families or friends. Cromer is a great seaside resort and popular year round, drawing visitors back time and again.  It has a good beach, great promenade with traditional entertainment such as pitch and putt, the famous Cromer Pier itself featuring year-round shows, a local history museum, a new lifeboat museum, cliff-top golf at The Royal Cromer Golf Club, multi-screen cinema, Amazona Zoo, indoor children's play barn, Kart Track, cycle hire and plenty of shops and restaurants.  The town is set on the cliff tops with plenty of walking available on the Norfolk Coast Path offering great views along the coast and out to sea.  There is something here for everyone, making Cromer an ideal location for family or friends'  holidaying together and looking for that blast of fresh sea air!
