South Creake is set in the beautiful North Norfolk countryside within easy reach of the coast and nature reserves, and is a short distance from Burnham Market, with its quality shops and good restaurants. North Creake Abbey, which has shops and very popular monthly Farmers and Craft markets is also close by. The small River Burn runs through the village alongside the pretty village green area. The beaches at Brancaster, Burnham Overy and Holkham are not far away, and birdwatching, riding, golf, tennis and fishing area all available locally.
We really enjoyed our short stay in this lovely cottage. It’s our first time in this area and we will definitely be coming back. Beautiful beaches, Nelly the dog had her first taste of the sea and loved it. We would recommend The Chequers Pub in Binham, lovely food and very friendly.
Thank you for providing such a comfortable place to stay, we have had a lovely time here and the weather has been beautiful, sunny and very warm, not at all what we expected for February. It gave us a chance to explore your lovely beaches and the snowdrop walk in the Abbey grounds. Not to mention several pubs that you mentioned, Quiz night at the Jolly Farmers was memorable.
A lovely little gem is situated just 8 miles from the coast and central for a multitude of attractions in the area. The cottage itself is extremely well equipped and a real 'home from home' set in a beautiful little village
