Located in the picturesque village of Stiffkey, just 4 miles from the stunning Norfolk coast, this quirky property has plenty to offer. Sleeping four guests in two bedrooms, it boasts a wealth of period features, such as exposed beams, a traditional inglenook fireplace and an original bread nook, while modern comforts, such as underfloor heating, have been added to make your stay as relaxing as possible.

The open-plan lounge/kitchen/dining room is a lovely place to unwind in the evening in the glow of the wood burner, exchanging stories on the comfortable sofas or watching a film on the TV. Gather around the dining table for home-cooked meals which are easy to prepare in the well-equipped kitchen space. Upstairs, beneath low, beamed, sloping ceilings, you’ll find a king-size and a twin bedroom, both with en-suite shower rooms. Outside, the private garden is a tranquil retreat, with a decked area for lounging or outdoor dining, surrounded by a steep bank bursting with colourful flowers. And a steep alley leads to a small seat and a wildflower meadow.

Wander the winding lanes from the village or take a pleasant stroll or bike ride through the saltmarshes, only 0.5 miles away. There's plenty to explore in the local area, with the long-distance Peddars Way (20 miles) and the Norfolk Coast Path (4 miles) close by. The stunning beaches are what really makes Stiffkey such a special location though, including Wells-next-the-Sea (4 miles) with its soft golden sands, dramatic pines and eye-catching beach huts. You can also take the ferry from Morston Quay (3 miles) and explore Blakeney Point, home of England's largest grey seal colony.
