Lovely cushy sofas surround the exposed brick fireplace enclosing a wood burner, perfect for cool evenings, whilst south-facing doors open out to the garden for warmer days. On the other side of the wooden staircase is the kitchen and dining area with its lovely kitchen island and table seating eight. The first of the bedrooms is also located on the ground floor, furnished with a chic double bed, charming furniture and a door through to the en-suite. Completing the downstairs layout is a utility room and a cloakroom. Upstairs, the master bedroom is a double with decor in keeping with the style of the rest of the house, and it enjoys access to the private balcony and an en-suite shower room. There is also a double room and a twin bedroom, both with vaulted windows and natural light flooding the space. These rooms share a shower room and a bathroom, which provide a place to unwind and refresh after a day of adventure. The grandeur of the property continues outside, with a lush lawned area with a table situated on the patio and a BBQ for al fresco dining.

Thursford village is ideally located to make the most of both the coast and the countryside, with a walk beside the River Wensum (15 miles) leading to Pensthorpe Natural Park offering a tranquil location for a picnic.
