This spacious three-bedroom holiday cottage in Wells-next-the-Sea is a wonderful retreat for up to six guests. After a blissful day on the beach, only 1.5 miles away, you can look forward to social open-plan living spaces filled with home comforts. And if the sun is still shining, you can soak up the last of the rays in the pretty courtyard garden with a glass of something chilled.

On the ground floor, you'll find a bright and spacious lounge to kick back and enjoy a movie or two on the TV. The generous open-plan kitchen/dining room boasts everything you need for preparing homemade meals to enjoy with friends and family. You can access the garden through the conservatory – a great place for young guests to have fun and play games. A utility room with a door to the garden and a WC are also downstairs. Upstairs, you'll have a peaceful night's sleep in one of the three bedrooms, including an en-suite king-size, a double, and a single room which has an additional pull-out single bed (available on request). There is also a family bathroom. Outside, there's a small front lawn and a delightful, fenced, back courtyard, with ample space to enjoy meals alfresco or just relax with a freshly brewed cup of tea.

Only a few miles away from some of the most beautiful and captivating landscapes in Norfolk, you won't be disappointed with the range of walks and trails to explore. Take the 3-mile segment of the Norfolk Coast Path to the magnificent saltmarshes of Stiffkey, or up the ante and travel 7.5 miles to Blakeney. Guests can even take the Coasthopper bus back in case their feet get too weary for the return journey. Picturesque Wells-next-the-Sea Beach is 1.5 miles from the cottage and offers a generous sweep of sand for sunbathing, picnicking and building sandcastles.

Great property, excellent location for shops, restaurants and pubs. The property is generally secure for dogs, however as side gate wrought iron, it would be possible for a small dog to escape via the gaps in the gate

Perfect location and well equippedThe down side was dirty,I dropped an item that went under the sofa,an inch of dirt and a three week old newspaper.yuk.In my view very poorly cleaned downstairs.Upstairs perfect,lovely rooms and showers..BT and the internet worked well in the lounge.Wells is a lovely town. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property, it was our first visit after using another cottage for 20 years but we were pleased with our choice. The house is bright and modern, the decor was lovely, the facilities were very good, it had everything we needed and a nice homely feel. Off-street parking for two cars is always a bonus and all in alRead morel we loved it. Hide
