Garden Cottage sits to the side of the owner’s 400 year old farmhouse with views from the rear over the garden with rose arbour and vegetables. All on one level the cottage is tastefully furnished and provides a peaceful retreat ideal for a break at any time of the year. There is access to the owners tennis court on request for when you are feeling energetic, the cathedral city of Norwich is close by for retail therapy or a visit to the theatre, and the beautiful North Norfolk coast is an easy drive away. Keswick is a small village only 3 miles south of the city of Norwich which is justifiably proud of its heritage and boasts a Norman castle, two cathedrals and 33 medieval churches. It is also a shopper's paradise, with an abundant range of small specialist shops, a bustling provisions market and the Castle Mall and Chapelfield Shopping Centres. The city is well served for cultural interests with the Playhouse, Maddermarket and Theatre Royal and has an immense variety of restaurants and eateries. Only 2 miles away is Marston Marshes with a variety of habitats attract a wide range of bird life and is home to a variety of flora and fauna.
We had a very comfortable week here, with a friendly welcome and Sue close at hand for any queries. The cottage was warm and well-equipped with everything we needed. There was a lovely welcome pack and we felt very much at home. We would be very happy to go back.
We were delighted with the quality, comfort, and convenience of the cottage. Sue has taken exceptional care to furnish it with top-quality furniture, fixtures, and appliances, and it was very nice to enjoy such a quiet and green setting while still being able to reach the city centre of Norwich within under 15 minutes. I would recommend it very highly to any couple visiting the area by car.
Really lovely cottage in pristine condition. The owner Sue was very helpful and considerate. Cottage is extremely well positioned for travel to Norwich (minutes away), very close to large superstore, petrol station etc. Nearby lots of excellent pubs.

Garden Cottage is a little Gem. We selected this property after looking at other Cottage and accommodation sites. It was our choice for location as it is very close to the Park and Ride, the City and to our son's house. The amenities and the layout were completely ideal for us. As well as everything that we have marked "excellent" the added bonus is Sue, the owner. She was welcoming, friendly but not intrusive and made us feel very much at home. The 'welcome pack' she left out for us was most welcome and of excellent quality. We would love to stay here again when we come up from deepest darkest Devon to visit our son. Highly Recommended.
