The Sail Loft is a beautifully presented ‘dog-friendly retreat; perfect for couples or romantic stays located on the outskirts of the village close to the stunning North Norfolk coastline. The downstairs space is open and airy and has a vaulted ceiling whilst double aspect windows allowing the light to flood in. This well thought-out escape offers both comfort and luxury with a luxury master suite with super king bed, sumptuous mattress and Smart TV’s. The ‘bijout; kitchen is delightful and well-equipped with all ‘mod-cons’ and a large wet room is an added bonus too. A large decked verandah is the perfect spot to enjoy a G & T or glass of bubbles at the end of the day. The Sail Loft highlights a passion of ‘all things nautical’. Snettisham beach is just a short drive from this beautiful abode, there is a lake, RSPB reserve and members sailing club, sailing enthusiasts can participate in RYA courses during their trip to Norfolk but don’t forget to book ahead! The local beaches are predominantly dog-friendly and there are woodland walks close-by too, ideal for your four-legged friends to enjoy on sunny days. Shop/Pub: 0.7 miles

This spacious retreat is perfectly placed to explore the nearby countryside and bird reserves at Snettisham Beach, Titchwell and a little further around the coast at Cley-next-the-Sea. There are also beautiful dog-friendly beaches close-by at Snettisham, Heacham and Old Hunstanton with Brancaster, a little further around the coast often a favourite with guests with four-legged friends. The village itself is popular with locals and holiday makers too and offers a variety of shops including a supermarket, chemist and two fish and chip shops, the second located at Snettisham Beach. Visit the local pubs in the village, the award winning Rose & Crown serves great food and another popular eatery is The Old Bank; named in The Good Food Guide 2018 as Best Local Restaurant and in 2019 it was listed in the Michelin Guide so best to book ahead! A two minute walk from The Sail Loft discover The Granary, browse the antiquities and collectables or perhaps lunch in the cafe with home-made specialities it is well-worth a visit! The neighbouring village of Heacham has a lovely Farm shop at Norfolk lavender where in summer you can enjoy the scented aroma of the lavender fields. Ornithologists are spoilt for choice with two RSPB Centres to visit close-by, a little further around the coast at Cley-next-the-Sea is known as an area of Natural outstanding beauty, with coastal paths and salt marshes to explore along with an abundance of birdlife and a grey seal colony. Sandringham House is a popular day out and just a short drive; visit the amazing gardens, open seasonally, or one of the outdoor events with Game & Country Fayres, Food & Drink stands or the iconic Flower Show often frequented by the Royals!
